逆質問テンプレ
- What does success look like for this role in six months?
このポジションで「半年後に成功している状態」がどう見えるかを確認する逆質問。 - How does the team measure impact on users?
ユーザーへの価値をどう評価しているかを聞くことで、仕事の「ゴール」を具体的にイメージしやすくなる。 - What opportunities are there for learning and development?
成長機会・研修制度に関するオープンな質問。 - What do you enjoy most about working in this company?
面接官自身の声を引き出し、企業文化を知るきっかけになる。
毎日15分の回し方
- 3分 : 自己紹介テンプレ(Tell me about yourself.)を音読 → Speakで録音。
- 7分 : 想定問答から5つを選び、日本語で要点を確認 → 英語で口に出すを繰り返す。
- 5分 : 録音を聞き返し、フィラー(um / uh)や詰まる箇所をメモ → 次の日に重点練習。
評価を上げる小ワザ
- 結論 → 理由 → 例 の順で最大3文にまとめると、英語でも整理された印象になる。
- 聞き返しは丁寧に:Could you please repeat the question? / Could you say that in a different way?
- 考える時間が欲しいとき:That’s a good question. Let me think for a moment.
- オンライン面接はマイク・回線を事前チェック(マイク設定のコツ / 通信トラブルを減らすポイント)。
